1. Work the Web

— Our online newsletter that's delivered electronically
once a month. Incite covers all
local events and happenings as well as member news.

Norcalguildtalk
— This group is a moderated open discussion list
for Graphic Artists. Anyone can post to this list. Discuss issues
that are important to you and your business.
How to get it: Check this
page. Sign up to the NorcalGuildTalk listserv.
Featured Artist
— An online gallery with rotating featured member
artist on the NorCal web site. Each artist's work is featured
for one month.
How to get it: Email Anastasia for inclusion in the Featured Artist section. You must be a current member and an active volunteer in order to be considered.
Membership Directory
— An online directory with a link to your web site
for members.
How to get it:
Email Dianna Jacobsen with the following information:
Your name / Business name
Address (optional)
Phone & Fax (optional)
e-mail address
Web site address
2. Expose Yourself to Events
There are currently events every other month that include luncheons and evening mixers and lectures in San Francisco.
How to get it:
Check the web site calendar for details closer to the date.
3. Volunteer with Vision
We are completely run by volunteers just like you. What you get
out of it is networking with other graphic artists who may have
concerns or interests similar to your own.
How to get it:
To volunteer, check out this page and contact the committee chair of the committee that you are
interested in. See the chapter contact
list.
Come to a Chapter Steering Committee Meeting. They are held monthly in San Francisco.
4. Continue the Connection
Let us know if you win an award, land a new job, or would like
to share a personal triumph (i.e. new baby or marriage). We love
to publish our members' sucesses in our email newsletter Incite.
Also keep us posted when you have an address, e-mail or phone
number change. Networking starts with you.
