What is your Background?
I design origami models and the illustrations that appear on the origami model. I honed these skills through practice and a constant push to improve my designs, techniques and vision.

What is your Technique?
My techniques are basically learn through play. I make an attempt to have fun and enjoy the process while I create. I simply take a white sheet of 60# gloss text, envision the model I would like to create and start folding. All designs are simply based on a main idea I have in my head and I start working.

What is your involvement with the Guild?
I am on the board and I try to help out with what needs to be done. Currently I am working on the layout for our next event's postcard.

Do you have a favorite client story?
I have multiple jobs and one of them include selling offset printing services for FAVORITE PRINTING. Some of our clients are freelance designers working from home and I get a chance to meet the family. It is nice that their children like me and want to say goodbye to me before I leave. It is nice to know that business relationships can grow into friendships and that
bond can create a more fulfilling working environment.

Do you have any other thoughts regarding the design industry?
The design industry and experience differs from person to person. Being self-employed, I love brainstorming design and business ideas with my friends in the industry. Design is not only being creative in our work, but in our business strategies as well.
